Take six large/extra large fresh strawberries. Rinse them and put them on a small plate.
Drizzle them with about a tablespoon of chocolate syrup (I used Trader Joe's organic chocolate sauce).
Squirt about two tablespoons of whipped cream on top. Keep in mind that two tablespoons of whipped cream is only like 15 claories, and light whipped cream only has like five fewer calories.

Portion it out. It makes things so much easier after a day's work when you are tired and cranky and hungry.
I cook the entire box of whole wheat pasta; then I divide it into one cup servings and store it in the small GladLock containers. I do the same with couscous~cook the whole thing and then portion it into one cup serving sizes. I get the giant cans of diced tomatoes, and I divide those up into little containers of half cup serving sizes.
I cut up my fruit and veggies and soon as I get them home from the store, and I divide them up into my snacks-GladLock containers containing 1/4 watermelon, 1/4 cup mango, 1/4 pineapple, and about tenish grapes. Other Gladlock containers with 3 cauliflower florets, 5 pieces baby corn, 10 sugar snap peas, 10 grape tomatoes, and 10 carrot chips.
I take the can of almonds and divide it in one ounce portions and store them in Ziplock bags. I do the same with my pretzels. I divide them into individual servings and bag them.
I get the big tubs of yogurt and divide them up as well. Some containers have one cup for breakfast or snacking, and some containers have 1/4 cup for use in my fruit smoothies.
That way, everything is already portioned; there is no impetus to overeat--once the serving is gone, it's gone. This also makes things so easy for a quick meal. One container of pasta, one container of diced tomatoes, a container of veggies, and I have one fast healthy meal that I don't even have to think about.
