A Little About Me: You know, my ultimate goal is to eventually be 150 lbs. But I know myself and I know what feels good to me, and I KNOW that being at 170 makes me feel healthy and gorgeous, so that is my most immediate goal. I'd like to attain it by Christmas this year.

The Big Push (240-170) Challenge:

Preparing for the wedding is crazy. Everything is getting done, but it's certainly a bit stressful. Just trying to keep myself on track while I help out as much as possible!

*sigh* It's so easy to convince myself that I was good for a week so I deserve a treat... But I've been "treating" myself for the past 3 NIGHTS to a brownie here, some chips there, and now I'm back up to 245! UGH! Also, TOM should be here soon so I'm probably retaining water as well. But STILL. I'm kicking my booty back into gear hard core. There are only 11 days until the wedding and I'm going to be so strict with myself that by that time I'll be feeling great again!

What is it about weekends that make me want to slack? I stuck to my guns yesterday and ate well and exercised but it was like pulling teeth. During the week, it's like a routine and fairly easy for me to just do what I have to do, but the weekends are a completely different story. Silly weekends, don't you know I have goals to reach?
