Jun 29, 2009 Hi there! I do like the Y because of so many different options. I've only taken advantage of the elliptical machine and aerobics classes. I want to try out their yoga classes, too, and maybe even their pool someday (I haven't been able to wear a swimsuit in forever!) |

INSANITY?? I just got this new workout dvd set and its supposed to be amazing!! Just curious if anyone on here has tried it and gotten results from it? Its called INSANITY!Its by the people that made p90x? Im ready to lose more weight! |

blah... Well haveing alot of trouble getting back working out and dieting!! I dont have the will power to do either of it right now, its depressing. I need to lose more weight!!! I am down to the same weight as before i got pregnant, but its all in different places now. Its all belly and love handles. And i def do NOT love my handles! Why cant i be like these other teenage girls that have babies and go right back down to this tiny little thing! |

doing good! Loving it right now!! I am at about 151 before i eat and everything in the morning, so i have totally lost 60lbs! yay me!! I do like myself at 151,but still want to lose about 20-30 more.(please remember i am 5"3 and need to lose some more)lol But im hitting the gym tonight, hitting my diet again tommarrow from the lack of it through 4 thanksgivings. (my husbands parents are divorced) Its crazy how you can lose soo much and still feel fat! Im excited about Christmas! My favorite holiday, and want to be at 145 by then! I have found that setting small goals like this helps me out tremendously. Whenever you are trying to lose a good bit of weight it is better to do that, then say you want to lose 20 by the end of January, it makes it harder for you.Cant wait till January getting my cna yay!!NO MORE MCDONALDS!!! |

Oh my goshhhhhhh good luck completing it! My brother in law has it, and he's super fit, and HE can barely make it. He told me if it weren't for the instructors constantly yelling at him, he would quit LOL! But it sure is a work out and a half! You'll definitely see results :)
Haven't heard of it but can't wait to hear how you make out with it! Keep us posted because i am always looking for new work out DVDs!

If you struggle with it at first, no doubt you will be able to keep up if you just keep at it. The more exercise you do, the stronger you get. Plus, you are young and most likely able to excel at something like this than us oldies :-) I hope the best for you with it!
I saw the infomercial, but was afraid to try it. I have the P90X, but have only done the plyometrics and cardio. I would love to hear how you do with Insanity. The results look amazing and I'm sure it works, I'm just afraid to fall on my face...haha.

3. I have heard that Insanity is awesome! My sister has px90 and swears by it and Insanity is supposed to be just as good! Depending on your fitness level, you may want to work your way up to it w/other dvds or just modify the moves to fit your fitness and slowly work up to their intensity!
Please give us a full review when you've done it! :)
LOL OMG!!! This dvd set is soo hard!! I couldnt even get through the fitness test! I have never tried a dvd this hard! Im sure i will get it eventually just have to keep trying with it!Thank you for all of your encouragement and i will defiantly keep you guys updated! It may take a while though bc my time is very limited right now from working full time, going to school and clinicals 5 times a week and a family!ugh! And Keem thank you!! You are such a sweetheart! My arm is completely healed and doing great! I will try to get on here as much as i can !Thanks guys!!
