Hi swynne,
You are doing a great job! I too quit drinking Pepsi and now am drimking diet Dr. Pepper...tastes really good! Even when I was cutting calories and added the Pepsi into my daily limit I stopped losing weight! One soda has 10 tsp of sugar in it! Wow!
I walk and that helps take the weight off faster and makes me feel so much better emotionally.
So far I have lost 80 pounds in the last 10 months...and still want to lose more and get to my goal weight. I learned not to eat for emotional reasons!
At night when I get hungry I eat yogart! Also if I find I am having a really hungry day I will drink some milk which seems to really help.
I found I had to set my mind that nothing will stop me from losing weight. It's all in my mind when I go off my diet...first I think about it...so I learned to try and stop those thoughts!!
You can do it!!!
